Yes… we are the new kids on the block. Core Title Group opened for business in November of 2023. But our people (our Core), collectively, have literally hundreds of years of industry experience. When it comes to managing the complexities, emotions and financial stakes of a real estate transaction, experience counts.

 

And our parent company (ET Investments) has owned and operated some of the best and most successful title agencies in the western United States for more than 20 years.

 

New company – sure, but deep roots!

OUR TITLE DEPARTMENT

We are not a faceless online title plant located across the county or half-way around the world. At Core Title Group title examinations are performed by experienced title officers located in and throughout Colorado. We understand local land issues and we know Colorado land law.

OUR COMMITTMENT TO EXCELLENCE

In the title insurance industry, delivering timely and accurate commitments and closing documents, answering the telephone, and responding to e-mails are the baseline. OUR MANY SERVICES

Our physical office locations are in Southeast Colorado (Canon City, Colorado Springs, and Woodland Park), but we close residential and commercial transactions across Colorado. New construction…? No problem. We have an experienced partner that can provide construction disbursement services.

1031 Exchange…? No problem.

We work with and can refer you to many exchange accommodators.

 

And about those closings… in the fast paced 21st century, many transactions involve
Buyers and sellers that sign separately, pre-sign or sign remotely.
Of course, we still close transactions where everyone sits at the same table on
the day of closing; but we can also arrange for mobile notaries, and we have
the resources to accommodate remote online signings.
